Key responsibilities of the role is to look after affluent customers who have annual salary of $150k and FUM of $500k with bank. To increase share of wallet of the customer and explore new opportunities. Role also requires to write mortgages as well.

Primarily responsible to manage and lead a team of 15 highly motivated personal bankers within ANZ direct catering to all sales related enquires for ANZ's retail customer segment. The role is responsible for a number of deliverables which includes Customer service, Management of team, achievement of agreed call centre metrics including driving high value revenue generating activities, managing complex enquires, overall staff satisfaction and engagement, providing support to the team in relation to the product, process and technical aspects of the sales function whilst also maintaining focus on efficiency and cost..
