Project Engineer
Current• Preparation of installation procedures for Spool, Barge bumper, Riser, J tube, Crossing, etc.), carry out risk analysis for subsea installations.• Preparation of fabrication plans (Subsea installation like clamps, spools etc.) • Preparation of Material Take off (MTO), Tools & Tackle list for Offshore Works.• Preparation of subcontract packages in conjunction with the Contract Administrator and/or Project Controls Manager. Coordinate and monitor Subcontractor activities.• Review documents including specifications, drawings, instructions, site queries etc. received from either Client/Customer representative or other entities, departments, subcontractor, involved in the execution of the Project. • Conduct debriefing sessions, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that the lessons learned are entered into the system for sharing the learnings with other teams • Preparation of project progress report to update senior management (General Manager and Project Manager), attend meetings, record and prepare minutes for review.• Participate in Detail Engineering Phase for Construction.• Preparation of Loadout and Transportation plan. • Preparation of task plans for mobilization of vessels and verification of quality of materials that are mobilized on the vessel. Ensure materials, fabrication and installation are in accordance with the specifications and drawings. • Identify, address and apply corrective measures in any problem areas with respect to the delivery schedules and follow up with procurement team for in time material delivery.• Participate in HAZID meetings for critical operations like Hot Tapping, Subsea Cable laying, etc. with clients and address various issues, risks and provide control measures and recommendations to mitigate them.• Carry out feasibility study for offshore construction operations – Barge bumpers, Spool installation, etc. • Carry out analysis to maximize equipment efficiencies• Preparing RFQ for manufacture
