With a strong foundation in Customer handling and sales, I am now embarking on an exciting journey to transition into data analytics. My career thus far has equipped me with a robust skill set in strategic planning, Critical and analytical Thinking, Customer management, and data-driven decision-making. Now, I am eager to apply these skills to the field of data analytics, where I can bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.Over the past 4 years, I have developed a deep understanding of customer behaviour and also machines behaviour while I worked on data which was used to train a machine model. That honed my abilities in market research, data interpretation, analytical skills , decision making, strategic planning, project management and need for the precision and accuracy in data to derive decisions. These experiences have not only refined my technical skills but also taught me the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and effective communication.I have always been passionate about data analytics and have proactively taken steps to prepare for this career change. This includes completing professional certification courses in Data analysis from Coursera, completing capstone projects to enrich my skill in real world setting and practicing as a data analyst through various programmes and competitions.
