I have always been intrigued by the problems arising out of the business needs from a customer, either internal or external. With a decade of OEM experience as a manufacturing engineering professional, I realised there are much bigger problems that are to be addressed. India, being an potential manufacturing hub of the world, and is expected to grow beyond 1 Trillion market by 2025, has so much of manufacturers, OEMs, MNCs, Vendors from Tier-1, Tier-2, even Tier-3; All with an under-utilised manufacturing capacity of just 72%. And the processes and systems that are in place right now are resource intensive, outdated, relies on manual legacy processes and becomes even tougher for OEMs/MNCs to find the right vendors at the right time. This has further increased my ever burning desire to startup and solve everyday problems to the businesses in a disruptive way. That’s when I became a Founder at a manufacturing as a service startup. As a company & myself as CEO, We are now providing economical end to end parts manufacturing solutions to manufacturer's while empowering competent MSMEs, SMEs towards their fullest capacity utilisation & digitisation. We are now present in Automotive & Water Pump Manufacturing Industry, and are targeting to expand into three more categories within this financial year. We have scaled from 0-5 Cr of business within an year and are currently developing an Manufacturing Execution Operating System in cloud through an Single Vendor Model to bring in more transparency and to cut down the outdated execution methods. With us in place customers can focus on their core strategic activities and product developments while we take care of the end to end manufacturing solutions. Vision is to be the largest player as a company in B2B Manufacturing sector, where traditional manufacturers and startup’s can generate more value to their costs. I also Co-Founded, and is CMO & Engagement Partner in a tech enabled natural farming startup. We are reaching consumers with good food, traceable food, chemical free food. Startup is in early traction. Adopting to become an marketing professional and takes pride in empowering Indian farmers towards natural farming.
