It is currently working AL-ADAN HOSPITAL.•Job Responsibility.1.Pre-Construction Model Coordination Review with Design Team and translating design issues to sub-contractors as needed.2.Setting up and managing the collaborative environment for the coordination process:3.Managing coordination files for all trades.4.Breaking down Revit models from design team into its appropriate parts for use by the sub-contractors during their BIM process. 5.Set-up and enforce coordination protocols for the duration of the project.6.Setting and managing the coordination schedule against the construction schedule. 7.Creating clash batches/protocols and proactively solving coordination issues8.Ensuring issues are properly documented and RFI’s issued as needed9.Ensuring that 2D coordinated shops Drawing (field drawings) are being completed on milestones and signed off10.Ensuring field teams are constructing as per the coordinated model.11.Provide necessary support to field engineers and other teams.12.Responsible for making Revit specific information available to the project team. This may include the following: Life Safety Colored Drawings based on wall-type; Ceiling plan coordination, medical equipment support modeling, etc.
