Processes for 'As Is' and 'To Be' have been defined. BPMN specification and Microsoft Visio were usedfor process modelling. Examined vendors of off-the-shelf emergency response systems from Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses were performed, with a focus on labor costs with the current manual process.Process automation has demonstrated benefits such as cost reduction, improved planning, and emergency response capabilities, among others. Submitted and presented a report recommending a solution based on the requirements and available resources.
