Developed supplementary module & tool kit on counseling for family planning counselors, specially designed based on persisting needs on field. This was accepted by Bihar Government. State trainer pool was created that includes faculty from SIFHW & medical colleges and counseling training program rolled out successfully across the state.

Drove organization strategy and provide continuing inputs based on program experience to refine and improve organizational interventions and focused efforts to build institutional capacities to address current priorities and future challenges. Developed new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization and get accredited training center under PMKY scheme for carpet industry job roles to maximize reach & impact.

Supported scale up operations from 2 to 13 districts, and managed operations in Udaipur region with Marie Stopes India under PPP model. Handled operations with close coordination of district health officials and the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare, Rajasthan. Led an overall team of 100+ members across 7 districts of Rajasthan. The organization was awarded best FP organization along for 5 consecutive years during the tenure.

Lead project to strengthen existing policy and program environment through advocacy with NHM & WCD for prevention of early marriage and early pregnancy and promotion of sexuality Education. Developed and facilitated roll out of District level ‘Advocacy Plan’ with network of NGOs in Rajasthan and get established ARSH clinics at government CHCs in intervention districts.
