With the employment market becoming increasingly challenging, competitive,you name it, many job applicants are using bogus degrees, diplomas and certificates besides telling outright lies of their experiences to secure high paying jobs.We are a company specializing in Employment Screening, Security Services ( Guarding & Executive Close Protection), Risk Management, Investigation ( Private & Corporate ). We have detected an average of five applications with forged degrees or certificates every week while further fraud-investigation found that 10% to 15% of applications we scrutinized had fake paper qualifications, some of them from non-existent universities and employers. Employment screening firms routinely detect about 15% of fake qualifications sent in by applicants. Of about > 2,000 applications we check each month, > 20 are found to have fake degrees or certificates or employers. That's about five a week.
