- Conducting end to end KYC of business entities as per risk associated with the entity and regions- Perform Enhanced due diligence (EDD) and (CDD) through AML research/ Investigations database using screening application such as fircosoft, Lexis/Nexis and RDC.- Analyzing complex ownership structure, conducting ( KYC Documents, UBO Documents, legal documents, financial documents and bank documents) review as and when required- obtain all missing/updated documents from clients, liaison with outreach, business and AFC on client reviews.- Identifying politically exposed persons (PEP), sanctioned individuals/entities, Fraudsters and money launderers and mitigate risks associated with financial crimes.- Provides SME knowledge to team , understanding all new updates and into ongoing knowledge sharing with team.-provides new joiners training and buddy them up into process. Also provides cross functional training to other teams.- highlights new process issues and improvisation. - Managing work allocation, MIS handling, regular follow up and daily reporting.

Acquisition of new clients and retention of existing customers , Handling Deliverables management system & cash , experience of customer relationship management, bundling different products and services to customers as per their need and providing quality service to customers.
