Current• A professional with over 27 years of experience in Project Planning Management, Multi Project Sites Management , Contract Management, Construction Management , Purchase & Resource Deployment, Budget Planning.• Expertise in :- Launching of new Projects to include Permissions etc Proper Planning of the projects so as to benefit the Organisation Commercially. Execution of the project through Architects, Structural Engineers , MEP Consultants. Proper budgeting of the project so as to deliver the project in minimum cost with desired specifications. • Presently working as Chief Operation Officer (COO) of a Delhi based Group having Pan India Operations.• Presently located at Mumbai to set up new Project Sites at Mumbai. • In past, executed various high technology and complex structures for Indian Army and Air force including prestigious Electrical & Mechanical projects. • Endowed with relationship management skills with contractors, consultants, architects and other external agencies ability of bolstering long-lasting relations thus ensuring on time deliverables.
