I have around 8 years of Consulting experience across couple of Human Resources function, predominantly in recruiting, I have managed the clientele majorly in the product space of technology as a domain. My Core Competence has been in the areas of talent acquisition through Value stream mapping and stakeholder management. In spite of the fact that i am passionate about Talent acquisition, i would never want to miss opportunities in other functions under the human resources umbrella.I have recruited for a myriad of technical roles with a keen focus on Software Engineering, Data and Deep Tech job families across all levels.
