• Plan and perform work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving of stocks.• Reviewing and approving ordered products in Purchase Orders, processing of invoices in SQL System, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering of goods to customer.• Receiving of returned goods and updating in SQL System to be transferred to theirrespective bins.• Involve in stock check on regular basis.• Arrange for disposal of expired or damaged stocks.• Maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms and office supplies.• Maintain online and proper filing system and ensure traceable documents, keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.• Provide office facilities maintenance support by managing third-party vendors, maintain cleanliness of the store, supervise cleaner and ensuring cleaning service is done well.• Maintain proper pest control procedures and ensure regular pest control treatment.• Ensure the goods are stored in the intended temperature & humidity by conducting regular checking in the store and maintain records of temperature and humidity of the store.• Participate in the selection, training and supervision of subordinates, when applicable.• To ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and provide administrative support for the efficient operation of the office.• Resolve administrative problems.• To undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and management from time to time.

In-charge of the entire spectrum of Quality Assurance and control function.Establish, implement and enforce the QA/QC SOP. Liaise and work closely with other sections including Lab, Purchasing, Production and Sales pertaining to any issues covering Material, Production and Finished Products.Support Marketing Section pertaining to any issues arising from customer complaint.Carry out quality checking of incoming items of raw materials and packaging materials (incoming inspection).Carry out inspection of finished goods and keeping tract on rejects and rework at production.Performing quality internal and 3rd party audits and regulatory compliance, including FDA, GMP, ISO 9001:2015 & HACCP and follow up on implementation.Assisting in product testing, troubleshooting and problem solving.Giving relevant trainings to departments.Performing Cleaning Validation on machines and equipment at Production.Arranging calibration with external service provider for instrumentation and equipment.Outsourcing for external service provider as per the organization's needs.
