Key Responsibilities:  Assist and support Insurance Business units to achieve the NFI budgets Liaise with the external service providers and front-end distribution teams for any changes in the operational activities, regular product updates etc… Assist in the end to end launch of new products in line with the overall Wealth strategy plan. Ensure the implementation of new processes in line with new product launches for seamless workflows Periodically review processes in conjunction with operations to ensure proper implementation and efficiency. Maintain reports and MIS for the wealth business. Process invoices and manage the monthly declarations related to Credit Life. Coordinate between the Bank and partner Insurance companies and follow up for all business requirements Manage customer complaints section for Retail wealth business Support the front-end distribution teams on product and process related issues and recommend improvements in order to achieve timely and satisfactory solutions to customers Coordinate internal and external for training sessions on wealth products/processes/documentation.

 Liaise with DFM and Nasdaq for daily broker Settlement trades  Reconciliation of office suspense accounts pertaining to Telex Transfers.  Handle and investigating the rejected online Smart Business Payments. Respond to the queries from Branches and front end office. Manage the Demand Drafts and Manager Cheques processing. Re-route the online payments on Bank’s online portals such as Bank Net  Maintain level of quality service and turnaround time with respect to document processing for wealth applications. Commission tracking and reconciliation of MIS thereby ensuring minimal losses to the bank. Adequate Operational and MIS support to bank’s internal stakeholders Liaise with the insurance companies for the booking of the deals. Track of Valuation reports received from Retail Credit Centre. Book of Commissions in GL Account. Prepare Income Accrual Report and Incentive file on a monthly basis Respond to queries related to products handled. Opening and maintaining Retail and Priority Accounts.
