• EDI Lead / Subject Matter expert (SME) on 3PL Freight forwarding / WMS/TMS EDI system integration projects.• Work with Customers, carriers, third party providers like Infonexus, SPS commerce, USBank, Cass for successful EDI system integration.• Extensive experience in working with Customer, commercial, operation & application teams on requirement gathering, solution/functional design, development, UAT and Go live support. • Current work involve collect and define requirements, review of EDI specification/Guideline, prepare Logical mapping, Physical mapping, support UAT testing, Go live support and help team members with EDI integration projects and production support activities.• Expertise in 3PL/Freight forwarder/TMS messages like 850,860, 856, 810,310,210,315,214,204, 990, 214, 210, 404, 824, 322, 410.• Lead team with migration of 1500+ maps to WTX translator.• Work closely with other application teams, operation team on customer requirements and come up with mapping solution. • Support / help team members with customer/partner onboarding.• Use EDIFECS for building EDI specification / guidelines.• Analyze and troubleshoot EDI errors and help support desk and team members with root cause analysis on complex production issues. Help with troubleshoot of EDI connection issues.• Help commercial / Operation team with defining UAT test scenario.• Work with IT vendors (AMS contract) on additional resource onboarding, cost and contracts negotiations.

****Client: APL Logistics****• Work as EDI SME on EDI integration projects in WMS domain involving XML, Proprietary flat file, csv, EDIFACT , X12 message ( 888, 943,944, 940, 945, 856, 947, 846 etc.).• Work with customers to understand system integration requirements, review requirements with APLL internal teams to finalize Logical mapping definition.• Design EDI system data flow, support map development / UAT and go live support.• Work with offshore teams for development of EDI maps on Gentran / DSTX and clarify questions on Logical map definitions and unit test scenarios.• Work with Project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined, project scope, timeline identified in BRD.• Act as Level 2 production support for EDI related support issues.• Help vendor technical teams in resolving complex WTX performance issues.

****Client: APL Logistics****• Develop/build EDI maps using Mercator (6.7) for warehouse implementation projects involving X12 888, 943, 944, 940, 945, 947, 846, 856 etc. and proprietary flat file and XML formats.• Review Logical maps, develop physical map and support UAT testing.• Analyze support issues and provide technical fix / resolution for Gentran / Mercator / Unix related issues.• Work with internal teams to discuss mapping details and suggest best approach for EDI mapping to satisfy customer EDI integration needs.• Setup EDI system communication with customers.

Project involve interviewing hospital staff to develop requirement definition (SRS - Software Requirement Specification) for computerization of PGIMER Chandigarh (Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research). 2. Understand data flow between various departments, pain points and document in SRS. Identify software and hardware needs. 3. Support NIC SME in System Administration (Solaris). NIC system act as hub to provide Internet access to all government offices around Chandigarh area.
