Head Hunting for Property Development and Construction Executive positions.

In this role, I was the Head of Human Resource for MCT Berhad. MCT Berhad was a newly Public Listed company in the Property Development and Construction Industry.

In this role I was the Head of Human Resource for Chin Hin Group. The job scope supports three divisions, building materials, property development and hotels, and support services. Chin Hin’s employee strength is more than 800 people and yearly revenue for past 3 years has exceeded RM 1 billion. The group was listed on the main board of KLSE in 2015.

In this role, I was the Head of Human Resource in subsidiary companies of Sunway Berhad. The job scope supports property development, property investment, Sunway REITs, Sunway Vacation Club and Sunway Integrated Facilities Management. Total employees supported are more than 600 people. Sunway Integrated Properties is/was the number one property developer in Malaysia as judged by the EDGE Magazine.

In this role, I was the Head of Human Resource in an Information Security Consulting and Software Development company with operations mainly in Malaysia and India.

In Intel Malaysia, I played two roles, first role was of a training executive and the second was as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). As a training executive I was initially involved in New Hire Assimilation and Orientation and subsequently in Management and Supervisory Development.In the HRBP role, I was the single point contact for Human Resource matters in a start up factory in Kulim, Kedah.

In this role I was responsible for Training Administration. The job scope included training needs identification, sourcing for training program and training administration and HRDF claims.
