Currently working as Manager, Workshop Network with Total Oil India Pvt. Ltd. with responsibility of managing and developing Workshop business in Madhya Pradesh.Have been associated with Total Oil India Pvt. Ltd. as Dy. Manager- Workshop Network (All India) with responsibility for growth in Workshop Business.My career can be looked at in 3 different phases.First phase of 11 years (June 1986 – January 1997), where I achieved growth and recognition in Sales in Direct Marketing and Consumer Electronics with leading companies like Eureka Forbes, Ceasefire, Videocon, Onida and Shaw Wallace Electronics and Baron International Ltd.Second phase of 14 years (January 1997 – October 2010), where I gained knowledge and experience of managing business in Automotive Lubricants Business through Retail Outlets as well as Distributors. I was leading a team of 5 Sales Executives and 22 Distributor Salesmen to increase sales effectiveness through Distributor network and achieve Sales Volume and gross margin targets as per plans in Automotive Lubricants.Third phase of 5 years (October 2010 – Present), where I was instrumental in the Marketing function supporting sales in developing service fill business through various activities like EOL/Upfront Tie-Ups, participation in service campaigns, designing and implementing sales promotion activities, conducting training for workshop mechanics and managers.Trust is the foundation of any relationship and I enjoy the challenge of developing business by building strong relationships.
