I am currently working on the development of Fidelity Health Benefits platform with focus on Evidence of Insurability (EOI) and Dependent Verification modules.

I worked on the development of a portal for Trust and Agency clients. I also worked with a team that is implementing Kafka across the group – writing consumers, producers and connectors as well as performing some Kafka administration tasks.

I worked with the Master Patient Index (MPI) team developing Patient Matching Software using IBM InfoSphere MDM (Initiate), Java, Spring Boot, Kafka and Oracle. I helped increase the patient match rate by about 3% by implementing a new zip code distance-based algorithm.

I worked on enhancements and maintenance of applications being used by the railroad industry. These are Java messaging-based applications which process events and waybills from the railroads and build trip plans based on them.

I worked on the Lenovo XClarity Administrator development team. XClarity Administrator is a Java/REST API based centralized, resource-management solution that simplifies infrastructure management, speeds responses, and enhances the availability of Lenovo server systems and solutions.

I worked on enhancements to the NetBenefits application. This is a web based Java/J2EE application gives participants access to workplace benefits from Fidelity like retirement plans, stock options, and health insurance. This project involves making enhancements to the application like enhanced match messaging and smart deferrals.

Worked with a banking client on various Java/J2EE applications including credit cards and rewards. Worked on production support as well as adding new modules for current applications.

Worked on web based applications used by suppliers to manage their inventory, shipments and replenishments. The development methodology was Agile and technology stack was enterprise Java.

I worked as a Java Developer in the Medicare Market Refresh project. This project involved making changes to the shopper and member applications for customers over the age of 65. I made enhancements to the shopper and member applications to allow them to be used by Medicare customers.

At First Citizens Bank I worked with Electronic Channels and Payments group which supports Online Banking and related applications. I worked on the following initiatives - Mobile Banking Implementation - I worked on the code to integrate online banking to mobile banking Internet Self Service and Customer Manager tools using SAML calls. RSA Integration - I worked on integrating the Personal Online Banking Platform with RSA Adaptive Authentication using RSA API.POB Upgrade with Alerts - This project involved upgrading the Financial Fusion Consumer Banking Solution to the latest version.Besides these projects I helped support Online Banking on a daily basis, analyzing any productions issues and making the required fixes.
