I am currently working as the Manager of Field and Laboratory Operations at MNA Engineering Ltd. My role involves overseeing and managing all the field and laboratory operations, as well as hiring and training technicians. I am responsible for handling projects for production and delivery, and I report directly to the CEO and Principal Engineer of the company.Over the years, I have successfully handled major projects for reputed clients such as MTO, Metrolinx, City of Toronto, and Aecon. I hold a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Western University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY. I am also registered as an Engineer In Training with Professional Engineers Ontario.I possess excellent written and communication skills and am proficient in various software tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Cognito Forms, Rackspace, AutoCAD, SAP2000, and ETABS. I am self-driven, hard-working, and thrive in fast-paced environments where I can adjust according to the priority of workload.
