Lead on the delivery of Waltham Forest’s response to the Citizens’ Assembly on the Future of Neighbourhood Policing, which took place in partnership with the Metropolitan Police in Spring 2024. Co-ordinate and drive the Council’s response, working closely with Police and strategic partners to translate recommendations into tangible actions.

Managing a pilot programme across Southwark, Bradford and the combined authority of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Working alongside social landlords and residents in a new, collaborative way to enhance age friendly provision within the localities. Facilitating joined-up thinking and working between housing associations, statutory and community services.

Responsibility for developing and leading on community engagement and social inclusion initiatives for Medway Council tenants and leaseholders.

Coordinating and delivering community cohesion events, to: engage migrant and under-represented groups; reduce hate crime and tackle inequality; develop trust in and access to support services.

Working collaboratively with third sector organisations to provide a holistic support service to unpaid adult carers across Bromley; managing a caseload of carers with multiple needs; facilitating support groups and co-producing services, training courses, workshops and events for carers.

Developing, delivering and marketing services to support isolated older people; managing supported volunteers in the delivery of events; undertaking one-to-one assessments across the borough.
