Responsible for origination, negotiating deals with owners, structuring auctions, and overseeing marketing and sales process. Marketed, sold and/or advised on the sale of over $1 billion worth of real estate and mezzanine interests via auction in this role. Represented developers, luxury homeowners, high-net worth individuals, investors, lenders and others in private sales, new development sales, bankruptcy sales (chapter 7/11), partnership dissolutions, and many other contexts.

Represented lenders such as JPMorgan Chase and Credit Suisse in national and international corporate loans and cross-border collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) of up to $1 billion each, principals such as the Rockefeller family in acquisitions and dispositions of real property in New York City and elsewhere, and institutions in multi-national acquisitions and leasings in transactions valued up to $2 billion each. Legal experience in this role includes financings, due diligence, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of nearly $5 billion of commercial, industrial, residential and retail real estate located internationally.
