• Recruits, interviews and selects volunteers as appropriate or recommends selection; schedules.
• Motivates volunteers engaged in clerical support and crime prevention program activities.
• Provides orientation and ongoing training and guidance; assigns, monitors, and evaluates work.
• Organizes and implements community-based crime prevention activities for programs such as Block Watch, Block Parent, Citizens on Patrol and Speed Patrol.
• Ensures the effective provision of office support services; develops and maintains office systems, methods, files and records; maintains equipment and supplies for office and community policing activities; prepares.
