ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Design and Develop tools as per Halliburton Completions standard and customer for various Completions Product Support Lines such as Intelligence Completions, Production Packer, Sub Surface Products, Versaflex/Swell, Screens, Service tools and Horizontal Completions.• Prepare documents such as Calculation sheets for Tensile/Burst/Collapse, Manufacturing drawings, Bill of Materials, Design data sheets, Manufacturer Specification, Assembly Procedure, Test… Show more ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Design and Develop tools as per Halliburton Completions standard and customer for various Completions Product Support Lines such as Intelligence Completions, Production Packer, Sub Surface Products, Versaflex/Swell, Screens, Service tools and Horizontal Completions.• Prepare documents such as Calculation sheets for Tensile/Burst/Collapse, Manufacturing drawings, Bill of Materials, Design data sheets, Manufacturer Specification, Assembly Procedure, Test Procedures and, Factory Acceptance Test.• Prepare Engineering Change Order (ECO), Engineering Change Notice (ECN) and Check Layouts (CLO) as required to verify tool working.• Conduct Design Review Meetings to discuss feasibility of design.• Data Management through Product Lifecycle Management / Enovia / Enterprise.• Perform and Maintain Quality check of models, assemblies and Drawings for self and other team members.• Create new drawings as per Halliburton Completions standard and design requirements using 3D CAD tools.• Supervise assignment of tasks to team members to enable timely completion of task.• Review drawings as Technical reviewer to verify drawings for manufacturability for various Completions Product Support Lines such as Intelligence Completions, Production Packer, Sub Surface Products, Versaflex/Swell, Screens, Service tools and Horizontal Completions.• Present customer with Monthly Metrics report to update customer with team’s accomplishment, performance and requirements.• Provide technical assistance to field issues and failure investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective actions.
