Job Duties included but weren't limited to: -Led the planning, execution, and delivery of window production projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and timelines.-Coordinated cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and production staff, to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.-Managed project budgets, tracked expenses, and ensured cost-effective use of resources.-Implemented quality assurance processes in coordination with other project managers, resulting in noticeable improvement in product quality and a reduction in defects.-Developed and maintained detailed project documentation, providing transparency and facilitating efficient project handovers.-Communicated regularly with stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to ensure project objectives were met and expectations exceeded.-Organized and led team meetings, workshops, and focus groups, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.

- CNC Mill All Axis- Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.- Analyze blueprints to determine machining sequences and tooling.- Choose appropriate tools and materials based on project specs.- Identify and correct programming errors; update programs as needed.- Work with engineers and machinists to ensure program accuracy.- Test programs using simulation software before production.- Record program changes and processes.- Stay updated on CNC technology and techniques.- Prepare CNC machines, load materials, and input programs.- Monitor and control CNC operations, making adjustments as needed.- Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools.- Monitor tool wear and perform routine maintenance.- Load raw materials and unload finished parts.- Adhere to safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.- Track production output and machine performance.- Work with team members to meet production goals.

-Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches or examine sample parts to determine machining that need to be executed- Gather all needed dimensional specifications, set up and operating requirements- Review blueprint to determine basic set up procedure, machining sequence and dimensions of finished product- Responsible for the setting up, programming, and preparation of tools for these operations.- Bring together subassemblies using hand and power tools- Complete and maintain inspections reports keeping daily records in respect to machine operations, guidelines, etc.- Follow Job Instructions and Tag Procedures- Establish efficient production of quality parts by checking drawings or sketches using certified measuring equipment- Maintain machine build schedule, prioritize job orders and provide projectedcompletion date of projects.- Maintain standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as rules and regulations outlined by the Company- Ensure that the work areas are kept clean and that the surrounding aisle wats are free from obstructions
