Supervised the Third Party Techno Financial Audit of ongoing/completed OUVGL projects (100+ projects) recovering an amount of $4.75 Million after the successful completion of these audits.7. Managed the project of demarcating 19 Km periphery of an Industrial Government Land.8. Supervised the work done by a PMC agency for construction of 920 no. of EWS houses in district Bathinda and 1105 no. of EWS houses in district Patiala of Punjab (Planning Stage). 9. Supervised 30 no. of Security Personals deputed at PUDA Bhawan Mohali.10. Supervised the Central Government Scheme Housing for All (HFA) vertical Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) in the state of Punjab.11. Maintained the proper functioning of Office building of PUDA.
