Project governance, Steering committee, PMO setup & kick-off• Advice in developing a project plan and checklist / task list including timelines and responsibilities for execution for Day 1 and beyond• Assist functional leads on mobilization/ programme kick-off leveraging BDO’s project management templatesProject Implementation and Project Management Support• Assist Project teams with day-to-day project management support and tracking of activities across multiple work streams anf functions• Co-ordination with functional and project leads for status update to leadership team and addressing cross-functional dependencies and resolve potential issues• Advice on managing risks and tracking implementation of mitigation plans as required project Quality & Supply Chain Function• Understand business ambition for Haleon India ( GSK Consumer ) GSK Asia Pvt. Drives the design, development, implementation and management of logistics solutions. Lead projects to develop a best-in-class commercial distribution model. Manage and interact with suppliers of logistics, packaging, warehousing, and distribution as well as with internal Supply Chain to ensure that all relevant requirements of delivery, cost and quality are met. Oversee and manage the outsourced global logistics supplier network to ensure the timely, cost-effective and compliant shipment of commercial and development products.

• Heading the Logistics Department with a team of 8 members for ensuring all customer orders are timely executed from the plant, tracking shipments and ensuring the availability of goods at all times within key performance indicators.• Monitoring the complete production of Argon, Nitrogen & Oxygen Gases in the plant from logistical operations.• Forecasting and allocating different regions with the coordination of the Sales Manger ensuring all regions get proper supplies at all times. • Monitoring the empty Quads and Cylinders and ensuring all levels of required gases are in control and as per plan.• Ensuring all deliveries are invoiced timely and customers pay on time confirming the accounts to remind customers to pay if they fail to do so.• Complete planning of any spares or hardware needed for the plant or any repairs or shut downs to be planned • Well versed with L.C (UCP 600) Shipments and documentation including complete banking procedures.• Prepare and ensure proper documentations and coordinate with Customs & Clearing Departments in JAFZA.• In line with all Import and Export documentation related to trade line of business within the Free Zone.• Preparing and maintaining new vendor contracts in coordination with Sales Head.• Established and maintained updated record of all imports from various locations and generated KPI reports for transactions with proper control on damaged, excess and short goods received.
