Helping Warehouse Manager to make everything ready for the function (making folders of the functions, packing required equipment, etc.).Stock-taking and Checking list of all the required materials for the warehouse.Preparing the order list and Handing to the manager.Serving food to the customers when working as a front of house.

•Collating, checking and preparing employment documentation •Scanning and filing employment documentation to staff files •Verifying VISA documentation for non-resident employees •Providing advice and support on employment matters, HR policy and procedures•Creating and facilitating corporate new starter inductions •Supporting the HR Team with administration and recruitment tasks
