Responsible for executing weekly business forecast process for OYO global, which consisted of financial plan, actual results and estimates for 13 BUs, to the global leadership including CFO and CEO. Responsible for analyzing and reporting variances in each business along with understanding the business environment therein for aiding strategic management decision making.2. Revamped the existing forecast utility to reduce manual effort and errors in the process of estimation and reporting. Co-developed and rolled out the new utility within a week time by ensuring that all the stakeholders understood the new process and addressing any concerns they may have for the same.3. 1. I worked directly with the senior most members of the reporting team on multiple projects. The highlights being managing the Capitalization process for the tech assets created during the FY 2018-19 and executing a tech enabled process with stringent internal controls for the future.2. I also developed, from scratch, a comprehensive financial reporting utility for easier preparation, comparison and consolidation of financial statements across more than 60 different legal entities of the group.3. Along with the above, I aided in preparation of regional financials and conduct of statutory audit for the FY ended March 2019.

Worked on benchmarking projects to understand industry standard for margins, debt ratio, interest and SG&A expense and analyse opportunity for the company to realise potential value.
