Managed 3 processes of the team including Pre-underwriting (Conforming and Non Conforming), Encompass and new entrant in the team i.e. Final Underwriting.Provided inputs to Management for redefining the SLAs of the process. Improved the efficiency of one of the process by 37.5%. Contributed in establishing a critical process of Final Underwriting in the team which helped in the cost saving of the company. Lead successful projects, one of them was to set up the knowledge sharing platform for India Operations which resulted in a single source of knowledge directory for the entire organisation. The adoption rate initially was 50% which later rose to 90% due multiple strategies.Worked along with Underwriting services Managers to streamline the process operations in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic.
