My role is to provide the day to day support on the server like administration, maintenance, upgrade of OS, supporting Hardware problems co-ordination with Vendors, performing Security related controls and checks. # Upgrade and Maintain OS Versions. My responsibilities include managing calls like production Node, Domain controller down, File system corruption on production server and production major H/W failure, RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission. I am also involved in Planning and implementing fixes / Patches # Escalation of Disk management task on production system from L2 team. I Analyze Problems & escalate to appropriate Levels. I work with Change & Problem Management Tools and create regular reports for Management requirements. When required I perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents and identify and recommend improvements to existing processes.
