Paras is a chartered accountant and currently working with the tax team at Trilegal.Prior to that, he worked as an analyst in the mergers & acquisitions department at Nangia & Co LLP, a leading tax and transaction advisory firm. He has been involved in multiple cross-border deals, providing tax advisory, due diligence, valuation, and structuring services to clients. He graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, one of the most prestigious colleges in India, with a B.Com (Hons.) degree in 2021. He received the V.K.
