Mr. Bali serves as the COO and VP of Business Development at QGBS working alongside the CMO and CEO to forge partnerships with corporations across North America, while personally driving internal growth factors to maximize the efficiency of the company and the QGBS staff as it rapidly expands in the Canadian and American markets. Mr. Bali’s core responsibilities at QGBS Canada include:• Driving the Company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.• Controlling company costs and introducing tactical initiatives.• Collaborating with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, and operational strategy, • Translating strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.• Adhering to Company, federal, provincial, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and acting when necessary.• Analyzing internal operations and identifying areas of process enhancement.• Creating operational budget and modified SOPs for Canadian operations. • Setting up a Workflow and SOPs for Contracts and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with CEO. • Overseeing company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.• Setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, • Creating, implementing, and managing all HR functions until a full-time HR role is created.

Heading the traditional & non traditional business lines for the company, I am also responsible to look into tactical and long range strategies to sustain core business models and passionately plan into near and future growth, by understanding and predicting business trends across industries. Transforming existing business making them future ready is what I am passionate of and currently working upon.
