- Manage and follow up on daily claims files taking into account the company's own procedures in order to compensate the insured / third party quickly (ARC SP) and constitute adequate technical provisions while respecting quality, service and deadlines, preparation of payments of the invoices to the Service providers;- Managing the contracts with ARC Service providers concerning non-acceptance of invoices, complaints, and all the items relating to the insurance claims handling process;- Identify duplicate claiming (cross border incident), possible non-disclosure, and fraudulent claims;- Assist the Head of Claims Management in the application development and testing;- Preparation of reports on the Claims handling contracts;- Audit and report to clients and other counterparties (SP);- Complaints handling for certain OEMs.
