About Paras Gupta

People of my generation would vouch how a career in engineering was deemed both salient & secure to survive in the corporate world. My story is no different as I pursued Mechanical Engineering post my schooling. Though I could not generate a genuine inclination towards the core domain but engineering definitely nurtured my analytical skills. However, it wasn’t sufficient enough to help me identify where do I fit best.What do you do when you don’t know which area of work are you most passionate about? Yes, you either join a startup or you do an MBA. Well, I chose to do both! :)After wearing multiple hats in Business Development, Operations, Recruitments, Sales & Marketing etc. in a young age at a young age startup, I found my true forte i.e B2B Sales and built a career around it. It has been a cocktail of success, failures, regret, motivation etc. and has played a key role in solidifying my interpersonal skills. Since then, I have never craved a weekend, Monday has never appeared a burden, and a typical day at work has never turned monotonous.
