I would like to call myself a passionate chef who has been working internationally over the past 15 years in many international hotels, restaurants. The biggest privilege in my career would be to get my foot in at "world's best restaurant The Legendary inspiration/mentor & the game changer Chef Thomas Keller's flag ship restaurant "The French Laundry", achieving "One Michelin Star" at the restaurant Luce in San Francisco working along side with "Best Female Chef in the world 2016" - Dominique Crenn and having an rare opportunity to stage at the most well known Chef/Game changer in modern restaurant scene Chef Rene Redzepi's restaurant "Noma". Over this period, i have gained extensive respect on the ingredients that we use & knowing more & more of techniques to create an extraordinary meal for the guest. This profession is just not a job but this is something that i can not think of anything else to do in my life.Managing an exclusive IHG resort in GoldCoast allow myself to learn & develop leadership skills over the period. managing day-to-day operation, team management, menu development with various demand guest & working closely with local producers/farmers & the suppliers was a great experience. I will always be focused to drive the result in business either if that is a guest experience or financial result.
