-Create and lead the agents.-Acquiring new agents on regular basis,Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.-Handling all the retail products across the portfolio including health,property and motor.-Maintaining relationships with the agents.-To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with agents.-To meet agents,lead provider,intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in planned manner.-Up selling cross selling other products as well.-Keeping the combined and loss ratio intact.
