Hi, I’m Paraskevi (Evi) Bilika, a researcher deeply passionate about physiotherapy and pain management! I hold a Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, and I’m currently pursuing a PhD focused on chronic musculoskeletal pain and central sensitization at the Clinical Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation Laboratory.Since starting my PhD journey in 2020, I’ve been dedicated to exploring the complex ways chronic pain impacts patients’ lives, with the goal of discovering practical solutions that improve care and quality of life.I’ve had the privilege of sharing my research at various national and international conferences, where I’ve been recognized with several awards for my presentations. I’ve also been invited to speak at national conferences, which has given me the chance to connect with others who are just as passionate about improving patient outcomes.Through my research, I aim to make a meaningful contribution to the field of physiotherapy, and I’m excited about the future of pain management and patient care.
