My name is Seisoglou Paraskevi, I am a graduate of the Department of Biology of the University of Patras and I am currently writing my thesis (Genetic diseases of the signaling pathaway RAS MAPK) for my Msc program  with title  "Medical genetic clinic and laboratory direction" which belongs to the medical school of Ekpa. I have done my internship in the molecular diagnostics department of the General Hospital of Athens Korgialenio-Benakeio Hellenic Red Cross where I dealt with a variety of molecular techniques (PCR, RT-PCR, DNA extraction, micro arrays for hpv virus strain identification, etc). I have worked in a diagnostic laboratory in the field of analysis of glycosylated hemoglobin, hemoglobin electrophoresis, protein electrophoresis while I have been trained in the immunology department in the specific immunofluorescence of ANA antinuclear antibodies and in their quantification by the Elisa method.
