• Work closely with web development project managers to understand complex functional requirements and transform them into design recommendations.• Effectively communicate design recommendations using wireframes, flowcharts, high-fidelity design comps, and interactive prototypes.• Create production-ready assets (icons, applications themes, etc.) using, for example, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch etc.• Advocate for the needs of end-users throughout the product design process; evangelize & promote good design principals and best practices throughout the organization.• Evaluate the latest design trends and determine how best to translate them into our flagship platform.• Independently manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced development environment, proactively ensuring that appropriate UX considerations are made throughout the SDLC.• Work with project stakeholders to build consensus behind the best practical design solutions; produce final design specs that balance development deadlines and implementation costs against key design considerations.• Understand our customers, their pain points, and how we are uniquely suited to help them.

• Working on watershed management planning and execution of soil and water conservation measures such as contour bunding, land development, terracing structures etc.• Imparting training to junior staffs working for the watershed development program along with the local communities level beneficiaries involved in the development program.• Preparing the plan and estimate of both vegetative and engineering structures with consultation/help of the DSCO and other staff working in the office and submit to the DSCO for necessary scrutiny and sanction.• Check measurements of the soil conservation works (both vegetative and engineering structures) executed under his jurisdiction.• Submitting the final reports and returns to the DSCO concerned to his work in time.
