Our mission is to create and maintain a high bar for security across all of Amazon’s products and services, including AWS, devices, retail, operations, physical stores, entertainment, consumer payments, and healthcare. Our teams lead in protecting company and customer data by continuously assessing our systems, identifying and evaluating risks, and relentlessly driving mitigations.The recruiting arm is making a mild foray with its atrociously intelligent hires, ensuring that we continually raise the bar as we move on from one role to another. My role spanned in one of the most critical work folios wherein I was bridging candidates with their entire interviewing experience concatenating stakeholder expectations. I support the recruitment for the Amazon Security where we build a sustainable robust process of hiring the best talent from the Security Industry by performing a thorough understanding of the concepts like Application Security, Cloud Security, Threat Modeling, Infra & System Design, Scripting or Automation Scripting or Automation, Information Security, Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Security Assurance and Regulatory Compliance etc. and continue to focus on mapping these skills which helps in understanding various fishing pockets and close various positions across Amazon. I am able to sprinkle my learning and efforts across Mid-management to Executive hiring for Amazon Security.
