At AHS I work in the Web Presence and Collaboration Services team. I mainly work as a web developer, however, I was also tasked with Business Analyst duties. As a Web Developer, I specialized in working in the front-end environment but I also became comfortable working with the back end as well. There were times that I needed to access the back end when debugging. Furthermore, I was not only in charge of developing a website, I was also the one testing it, contacting clients, and making sure that everything is running smoothly. I found myself constantly being the middle man between my team and the client. On top of that, I was also tasked with day to day I.T. This involved getting resolving tickets what AHS employees put in. Most tickets that my team received involved SharePoint and issues related to team sites. Therefore, it was crucial that I learn the ins and the outs of SharePoint.
