I conceptualised, launched and established this company, based on a unique diagnostic tool, which maps business processes according to Lean Six Sigma and Design principles and offers Agile methodologies to improve ways of working. A dynamic enterprise, in January 2019 I sold shares in the business to a private equity group. As managing partner leading a high calibre team of associates, we offer comprehensive assessment, transformation advice, strategy development and high-quality support to our clients. My aim is to ensure change and transformation meets business needs and ill quickly realise benefits.

I rapidly realised significant improvements to the management of all projects and programmes through the establishment of a fully resourced Digital Programme Office. Managing a £66M budget, I proposed and led large-scale enterprise-wide projects to address new business challenging in innovative ways. I also upskilled and reorganised the workforce, introducing agile teams, and facilitating Scrum Master training. Under my guidance Home Retail Group achieved a 12.5% uplift on the Digital Imperatives Portfolio (FY16/17) and improved NPS from 39 to 47

As the Business Change Lead, I am working with our digital teams on numerous projects and programmes of activity which will shape the future of Argos and ultimately how the consumer shops.

Pioneering an agile approach, I accelerated transformation and encouraged experimentation during project implementation. Supervising 70 Business Change Agents, I monitored progress, consolidated reports and offered professional development opportunities. Responsible for liaising with the Board of Directors regarding the implementation of a new Global Target Operating Model, I offered clear advice and leadership, securing stakeholder buy-in.

In this strategic role, I introduced a customer-centric design governance framework to align projects with 02’s vision and mission. I also initiated a multichannel distribution strategy and cultural change programme, simplifying customer journeys, removing £40M of inefficiencies and setting clear KPIs around Effort, Ease, Resolution and Attitude.

As Programme and Transformation Manager, I successfully led a range of complex multimillion-pound projects. Accomplishing targets, managing budgets and timelines, I rapidly assessed existing processes, defined best practices and championed smarter ways of working to improve staff utilisation and engagement.
