With over 16 years of experience in the Payments technology, I bring a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions for financial institutions. Currently, I lead three dynamic teams within MUFG Global Services, where I oversee cutting-edge technology projects and ensure successful delivery across all fronts of product delivery.In the past three years alone, I have spearheaded the delivery of more than 10 high-impact payment projects, managing a combined headcount of 120 professionals in these projects. My role involves not only steering complex technical implementations but also fostering collaboration and driving excellence in a fast-evolving industry, and making sure all the objectives set by stakeholders are met. This has resulted in development of inhouse product for bank and helped us bringing down the delivery lead time for every single function from originally 6 business days to 1 day and sometimes less. It prompted significant saving for the bank wherein older approach of making changes through vendor has been drastically reduced to use the internal bank team for development and deployment of changes, while keeping the vendor product as-is.Passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems, I thrive in environments where strategic vision meets technical precision.
