Creating GCA Onboarding service which is being used to onboard the customers, and GCA Portal service used by customers to perform and manage multi currency transactions.● Led the migration of backend services from an EC2-based infrastructure to AWS App Runner, optimizing cloud infrastructure costs by 30-40% and reducing overall deployment time.● Independently designed and implemented a product roadmap focused on optimizing user onboarding workflows. Conducted onboarding journey analysis using Clarity to identify pain points and collaborated with UX and product teams to redesign the onboarding experience. These efforts led to a ~25% reduction in churn rate during the sign-up process.● Deploying the entire backend system for GCA applications on AWS cloud by provisioning AWS resources like App Runner, EC2, RDS, elastic load balancers, SQS etc.
