As a Senior Manager, Product Development, at MRI software, I am managing multiple direct / indirect and dotted line teams both onshore and offshore at multiple location who are hybrid working with circa 40 members with varied team skills including QA engineers, Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, Development Team Leader, Development Managers, Contractor.I am responsible for 12 big and small products for development, support, implementation, deployment which are integrated with our own and 3rd party products.
