• Billing, Delivery and timely dispatching of materials. - Timely and accurately by following the HO laid Guidelines /process, To handle all the special sales /up gradation scheme timely and to maintain the status for the same • Flexi /PCS billing to R&R / AH CS - Keeping proper tracking , timely collection entry and buying power transfer and weekly /monthly reconciliation • Collection and Credit Control - Proper accounting of collection received, monitoring of its credit limit and over dues thereon, Status to HO for over dues and to get the collection timely in coordination with Circle Sales• SF & Other vendor Payment analysis (including service entries etc.) - Proper and timely verification and accounting of SF/Other vendor Claims and submitting the same to HO .• Employee and other expenses payment, Accounting with proper GL code and to be in respective Profit /Cost center and accurate reconciliation - Proper and timely verification and accounting of Employee Claims and other expenses as per HO defined guidelines. To ensure that if any deviations must be approved by competent authority,• Bank/Cash and Group Company reconciliation - Timely and accurately, to make sure that collection taken place against the bounce and unrealized cases are with in the defined days only • Consumption/Capitalization of material. - Daily updation of Consumption/Capitalization of service material as per detail received from HO.• MIS Preparation to all the relevant subjects as per requirement - Daily/Weekly, Quarterly MIS preparation with 100% Accuracy to CCH/HO/HE as per requirement and timelines.
