Current Role involves: Managing and Controlling the Application Release/Lifecycle Management and also maintaining all the related Lifecycle aspects of applications.• Facilitator: serves as a liaison between varying business units to promote smooth and timely delivery of software products or updates.• Gatekeeper: “holds the keys” to production applications/updates/break fix and takes responsibility for their implementations.• Coordinator: Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.• Coordinates release program activities and functions as a subject matter expert in release management.• Provides support to domain-specific release management resources in a timely and efficient manner.• Approving & authorizing change records, reviewing change records to check if all mandatory questions have been answered.• Initiating and facilitating Senior Management meetings for Major RFC reviews.• Approve or reject applications for Standard Pre-Approved Change (SPACs) after CAB review.• Identifying and documenting changes that by-pass the Change Management process and provide information to the change process owner to address• Ensuring that all changes are appropriately planned and communicated.• Sending Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for Senior Management and Process Updates and notifications for technical team as and when required.• Validation of RfCs (Request for Change) prior to build, test and deployment.• Post Implementation Review of the RfC after deployment to check process adherence• Creating and reviewing Standard Change groups for non-risk standard changes• Closing down the aging RfCs which are awaiting action since a long duration of time

• Role involves end to end Software Procurement, Vendor Management, Service Requests for software by end users, Software Licensing, Maintenance and Renewals• Directly interact with the Client ETS to identify the software requirement, Involved in License Procurement/renewal (Desktop/Server), Vendor Management for quotes and media files, Coordinate with Service Desk Level 2/3 team for software installation, perform weekly license compliance report to highlight the license with negative delta figure in Flex net Suite, etc. • Handle tickets related to Desktop Licensing for License procurement, making media files available for software installation, admin rights, software version upgrade, coordinate for issues faced while software installation and software run and maintain issues, etc. • Involved in Server Licensing for License procurement, acquiring quotes from the vendor/Publisher, price negotiation, raising requests on PST (Purchase Support Tool), following up to get the approvals with the request raised on PeopleSoft, participate in release of Purchase Order and its approval, etc. • Advise Client in making a wise decision before any License procurement by analyzing the type of software license requirement, quantity and information available in tools like Flexera and PeopleSoft, etc. • Working and controlling the ageing of tickets and ensuring the closure of the task within the specified SLA• Ensuring high quality and on time delivery of services committed to the client.• Handling billing related issues/disputes for the accounts.• Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports and sends it across to all the regional heads and service delivery.

• Consult clients on Data Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, Customer Experience & successful process implementations. Implementing Process Control measures to stabilize the process and achieve the defined and required metrics.• Responsible for migrating new work threads to offshore & stabilizing them.• Responsible for initiating projects on process improvement. • Coordinating between offshore operations & onshore client.• Design/ streamline the workflow in Client applications for elimination of “non-value added” stepsand automation of work processes to derive cost benefits and have optimum involvement of human resources.
