* Executing Microsoft's security APAC program to help distributors, partners and customers solve complex security challenges and modernize their security architecture and posture. * Driving the Microsoft's APAC security specialists recruitment & HR alignment effort. * Team development and management of senior architects and cybersecurity technology specialists. * Improving the technical competencies of partners by driving cross-workload support for Microsoft solutions with security value propositions, map Microsoft solutions to customer security challenges and priorities. * Provide technical expertise in presentations, demos, proof of concepts, competitive positioning, and workshops.* Lead and engage partner technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and architecture design sessions, explain, demonstrate, and architect the solution to help solve customer security challenges and priorities. * Help identifying and remove business, technical, architecture, and competitive blockers for your respective solutions. Leverage insights and coach partner teams to align new or changing technology to customer security needs. * Collaborate with Partner Technology Strategist (PTS) and Microsoft stakeholders in developing end-to-end solutions with the Microsoft Security platform. * Support partner and field sales and technical training and enablement.
