- Worked as a part of back office (post settlement) processer for Global Foreign Exchange (GFX).- Day to day processing for Foreign Exchange (FX), FX Compensation, Precious Metals and Money Market.Investigating on daily breaks/exceptions to resolve on timely manner.- Taking in charge of queries via emails and SWIFT messages.- Handling SWIFT messages (MT101, MT103, MT192, MT199, MT202, MT202C, MT299).- Working closely with Sales, Front Office, Middle Office, Confirmation and Settlement, Reconciliation and Cash Management to resolve trades and settlement issues.- Working with intermediary and beneficiary banks on payments related.- Handling manual payments for non receipts, fail payments, return of funds, payment in errors, recall of funds and unapplied funds.- Ensure manual matching of ledgers and statements are completed on a daily basis.- Extracting and preparing daily reports that are submitted to business managers.- All client queries are responded within an hour with proper holding response.- Coordinating, keeping track and monitoring of deliverables and timelines.- Managed problem situations that are proactively identified, resolved and escalated to give maximum client satisfaction.- Proactively review process mechanisms and identify improvements and efficiencies.
