Logistics Administrator
Current* Manage and generate comprehensive logistics reports by leveraging advanced tools such as pivot tables, Power BI, and graphs to illustrate key performance indicators (KPIs) in logistics and supply chain.* Ensure seamless logistics operations, managing compliance, and maintaining consistency in supply to enhance customer satisfaction.* Contribute to the production of unitary volume forecasts and feed into weekly and monthly predictive models* Collaborate with the business's freight management partner to report customer tax invoices to Customs and monitor custom-held orders* Conduct thorough OTIF analysis to systematically track and assess vendor and logistics performance* Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to facilitate smooth processes for new store openings and ensure timely deliveries of lighting material and in-store furniture* Regularly maintain detailed reports on delivery performance, unitary damage returns, and cost-to-serve to facilitate informed decision-making
