Moved to Canada in Dec 2000 and Worked as CNC machinist handling 5-axis CBN grinding of Aerospace Jet Engine components manufacturing.

Worked almost 10 years after graduating in Fasteners Manufacturing from Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass and Aluminium. Plant was having Rotary Heat Treatment furnace and Electroplating Plant. Well versed knowledge of acid zinc electroplating and heat treatment of fasters of different grades.Designed tooling for cold headers and special thread rolling dies using AutoCad.From 1998 worked as Project Manager in same company which started making raw material for fasteners from wire rod. Manufacturing included all grades of wire rod processing to make cold heading quality wire of all sizes by wire drawing ,annealing in controlled atmosphere , cleaning and coating to finish sizes.
